For a real estate business in India, a useful lead is more than a phone number. Define the buyer's preferred locality, budget, property type and purchase timeline before choosing your campaign channels. A Noida builder selling new apartments needs a different message from a broker handling commercial leases.
Organise search campaigns around genuine intent, such as '2 BHK apartments in Noida' or 'commercial property near Sector 62'. Create useful locality and project pages with accurate pricing, availability, amenities and an enquiry option. Do not create dozens of near-identical city pages simply to target keywords.
Use Google Ads to test search demand and Meta campaigns to introduce projects to relevant audiences. Match each advertisement to a landing page that explains the property and next step. Separate media spend from management fees and report budgets in Indian rupees.
Follow up with consent-based calls or WhatsApp messages, confirm the buyer's requirements and offer a site visit. Track qualified enquiries, attended visits and subsequent outcomes alongside cost per lead. Campaign performance depends on the project, market, budget and sales follow-up; enquiry volume alone is not a sales guarantee.
